How It Works
-
We begin with a conversation to discuss your goals, questions, and the type of support you are looking for during pregnancy and postpartum.
-
Together, we will tailor your care to your unique needs, preferences, and family dynamic; whether you are planning a home birth, hospital birth, or postpartum-only support.
-
Around 36 weeks, we will meet in your home to discuss practical preparation, feeding support, emotional wellness, recovery expectations, and ways to create a more supported postpartum transition.
-
After birth, visits take place in the comfort of your home, offering guidance, reassurance, encouragement, and support as you navigate recovery, newborn care, and the transition into parenthood.
-
Our goal is for families to feel cared for, supported, and empowered during one of life’s most transformative seasons.
